Diverse expertise, broad presence

Founded in 2011 by Cevital Spa, Keep Contact is a subsidiary specializing in customer relationship centers and sales support. Starting with 20 workstations, the company quickly grew to 70 operational positions and can accommodate up to 120, reflecting its capacity to meet growing client needs. It offers a wide range of services: complaint management, marketing and promotional campaigns, after-sales service (SAV), telesales, teleprospecting, satisfaction surveys, appointment scheduling, debt collection, and market studies. With its flexibility and expertise, Keep Contact has become a key player in customer relationship management in Algeria, serving both Cevital Group entities and external clients.
