“The acquisition of the French group Brandt in 2014 marked a strategic turning point for Cevital. With two factories in France, a research and development center, and prestigious brands such as Vedette, Sauter, and De Dietrich, the group has strengthened its industrial expertise and international know-how.
In Algeria, the Sétif factory is one of the largest home appliance production sites in North Africa, with more than 2 million units produced each year. This capacity meets local market demand and supports exports to Europe, Africa, Asia, the United States, and the Middle East, positioning Brandt as a global player.
In July 2024, Cevital signed a strategic partnership with Haier, a world leader in home appliances. This agreement paves the way for new technological and commercial synergies, consolidating the group’s position as a regional and international reference.
