Our HR Policy
The attention given to the choices of men and women, their training, and the development of their skills is one of the main levers for the growth and development of the Cevital Group.
Deeply convinced that the men and women of the Group are the source of its performance and ensure its future, Cevital has defined a Human Resources policy focused on economic development objectives, which takes into account the expectations and aspirations of its employees. The goal is to establish a corporate culture built on common values.
Attracting the best talent, integrating them, and making them work together
Cevital’s HR vision consists of:
- Making the HR function a proactive and reactive function, anticipating the needs of the group and ensuring perfect planning of its resources.
- Ensuring harmonious and consistent professional development for the Group’s employees.
- Offering employees a motivating work environment
The implementation of this policy translates into the establishment of HR management processes and tools, the objective of which is to attract the best talent, integrate them, and make them work together. The creation of the “Cevital recrute” (Cevital recruits) website allows for the publication of job offers and the collection of a large number of applications. It also allows the company, its development opportunities, and fulfillment to be known.
Developing skills
In its quest for excellence, the Cevital Group has initiated several training programs for its employees. Targeted programs aimed at making Cevital a major economic player and a world-class entrepreneurial group. It is within this framework that the “Mini MBA” and “Welch Way” training programs designed to highly elevate the professionalism of managers are part. The goal is to ensure a succession in terms of management, to support the group’s growth and prepare, under the best conditions, today’s managers to become the future bosses of the Business Units.
The establishment of a corporate university (UCC) reinforces the development of skills within Cevital. This university is intended to be a place to share values and behaviors, transfer know-how, and best practices. It is also a place for the development of knowledge and skills specific to Cevital.
Recognizing and rewarding the best performance
Fairness and recognition are fundamental principles in motivating employees, but also rules of good governance for managers. In this sense, the implementation of a remuneration system that equitably rewards the best performance and the best contributors is essential.
